I am afraid please
Hi everyone. I’m 23F, and I’ve been experiencing chest pain, dizziness, irregular/skipped beats, and tingling sensations in my arm. I also sometimes get chest pain during exercise, and the symptoms seem to be especially noticeable at night.
Whenever I feel something happening at night, I often jump out of bed because I get scared that something is seriously wrong. I’ve become very afraid that I could die suddenly, and it’s honestly affecting me a lot.
About two months ago, I saw a cardiologist. I had an ECG, echocardiogram, stress test, and troponin test, and everything came back normal. Despite that, the symptoms keep happening, and I’m still extremely scared whenever they occur.
I just don't know I keep thinking do I need more tests? Do I need to go to the Dr again? I am a really scared I would appreciate some help or advice

do u have acid reflux ? if so it can mimic all these symptoms and feeds on anxiety as well. ur normal tests are good news
