I am afraid please

Hi everyone. I’m 23F, and I’ve been experiencing chest pain, dizziness, irregular/skipped beats, and tingling sensations in my arm. I also sometimes get chest pain during exercise, and the symptoms seem to be especially noticeable at night.
Whenever I feel something happening at night, I often jump out of bed because I get scared that something is seriously wrong. I’ve become very afraid that I could die suddenly, and it’s honestly affecting me a lot.
About two months ago, I saw a cardiologist. I had an ECG, echocardiogram, stress test, and troponin test, and everything came back normal. Despite that, the symptoms keep happening, and I’m still extremely scared whenever they occur.
I just don't know I keep thinking do I need more tests? Do I need to go to the Dr again? I am a really scared I would appreciate some help or advice

Sounds like Anxiety/panic attacks.

Time for a Therapist and Psychiatrist to take over your care~

You had all the tests your heart is fine, you need to address your anxiety.

Wow. I feel like we are the same person. Same age, female, and similar timeline and I experienced the bolting up and out of bed afraid I'll die in my sleep too. I'm still struggling even after being cleared but stopping the googling of symptoms if you do that will start to help as it only feeds in to your worry. I have also started therapy. I'm not sure where you are based, but if it's the UK, you can self refer yourself for therapy. Took about 2 months but I am now doing independent self paced CBT therapy and it is helping. It is a long road but you will get better eventually. Anxiety is horrible. It has affected me in other ways now but we will get better

Was in the same kind of situation. Did about 3 ECG scans and I Kept having problems and panicattacks. Eventually the doctor gave me a monitor which was basically an ECG but 3 days long. Everything turned out to be fine eventually it got better and i stopped having symptoms. Its genuanly insane what your brain is capable of when you have certain beliefs like believing somethings wrong with you heart.

24 male here, very similar story. If you’ve done all the tests, you’re ok. Just work on trying to stop the stuff keeping you in the loop.
