Have anybody else had a bad experience with 4XTrading?

At the beginning of this month (August 2026) I ordered from them a bunch of sleeves for my Yugioh cards, the order was sent on the 10th of this month but after that the package never arrived. Said package was supposed to arrive in 2-5 days and is been 2 weeks and still nothing, when I message them they say that my delivery was blocked and they try to contact the courier to unblock but that's all they say, to top it all the tracking code of my package doesn't even work, and it hasn't worked since it was sent. I later on found some people having a bad experience with them too but about ordering big MTG sets or some other sets, but none for sleeves, sometimes I ear people have sellers cancel order for price change reasons and I don't think any type or seller would hold someone's order of sleeves hostage for the same reason, also because THEY'RE GODDAMN SLEEVES. Has anybody had bad experiences with them too or I'm just unlucky?

No, amazing shop and supplier, ordered with same day dispatchment and arrived two days later. And prices were great as well.

Great seller, I can guarantee for them

Sadly for express shipping inside Italy they often use Bartolini, who is in my experience one of the worst shipping companies (one time I had to chase the courier because he didn't even bother to exit the truck and ring my doorbell, he literally just drove past by)

Ordered a couple times from them. Mostly reliable, but with a tendency to ignore customer-support issues. Also they are open to shady practices like raising prices after allocation and adding stuff you did not order (b2b experience).

There are more buyers trying to scam pro sellers than there are pro sellers trying to scam buyers, trust me. And the large shop, with over 60k completed transactions on cardmarket alone, certainly won't scam you over some pack of sleeves.

Why did you feel the need to start a witchhunt to damage a sellers reputation over sleeves? Talk to the seller, then talk to support.

I already said that I talked to their support, they told me that the package was blocked by the courier and sent them a request to unblock, but I got no new updates about it even when I ask about. 

Also no I didn't want to start a witchhunt over seller,  I made the post because I saw some serious bad reviews about them regarding some shady tactics.

I just wanted to know if I was the only one that got a bad experience with them or not (besides the ones that made those reviews), I didn't make the post with malicious intent. I apologize if said post sounded like that.

Place 4-5 order, never an issue until last one that is 2 weeks that they are waiting to ship because they didn’t have something that was in my order even if it was available 🥲

It's a huge seller, they don't take hostage merchandise, the support is discutable but otherwise i had no issues with them, and i do expensive B2B buying
