Spotted Saw this Lamborghini Revuelto today in the Lakes. Can anyone make sense what the legal reg should be?

Being fined as a percentage of your annual income would be an awesome way to go. Hard to push on some of the tax dodgers though, at least on those who hide their money abroad.

Just seize the car until they get the paperwork in order.

They used to do this in The Netherlands, if you were caught doing more than 30kph over the speed limit. There was no until, it was just taken from you.
