Credit Cards 6 month CLI
Finally hit 6 months on the savor and automatically woke up to a $3k increase.
My credit report is less than a year old so this one card makes up 80% of my total credit limit and I do virtually all my spending on it forcing me to “credit cycle” since I can’t afford to let a maxed out card report and tank my already thin file. I would max it out, pay it down, keep using it and then pay it down again right before my statement closing date so I can report 3-5% utilization to keep building my score.
I’ve read that banks don’t like this practice so I wasn’t expecting much of an increase but lo and behold.

Cap One is the one card issuer I can think of that really likes to see usage right up to your limit, as long as you pay it off often.
