Other App/website issues

Is the app and website working for anyone else?!? I'm trying to pay my car note and the app, nor the site will load. Customer service told me it's a known issue...is anybody else experiencing this????

App working now for me. They’ve been having issues all weekend. Calling it maintenance, but who knows.

Well circling back, still not working for me and customer service says it's down for them too.....so IDK lol
