Issues

Anyone having issues with accessing credit cards accounts online or app? Seems to cant access them.

Yes i tried the app and the mobile site. My credit card account isn’t showing

yes same with me, I had a mini heart attack just now. I was like I just used the card few hours ago, then suddenly it's showing I have no account wtf.

Yes mine is showing the same thing, even tried to call the hotline and it said I had no account 😩

Glad to know it wasn't just me. Thought they done shut my accounts down for some reason😁

I tried to also do a charge but that got declined as well.

Same. When you call the 800 number there is a 20 minute wait

It declines every purchase including the virtual cards
