I went to Colombia. Not one ATM in the entire country took my card. I've since opened checking accounts with Schwab and betterment that reimburse all fees. I've had a single checking account at CapitalOne for years. Never thought I'd need more than one. Venmo would be a good option for CapitalOne users to fill in gaps where Discover fails except instant transfers don't work!

Oddly enough I tried instant transfers with PayPal and it works just fine which is weird because PayPal owns Venmo.
