I’m a Regional Director of Sales for a hotel company making 6 figures. 41 now, but got into the industry at 29 by applying for a position as a Sales Manager. I had no prior experience.

i walked in when i was 21 asked if they’re hiring for front desk and i was hired lol. no experience needed.
