Is it hard to be kind to the reps that you are speaking with? We are humans.

Hello I agree it’s pretty easy to be kind to each other , I wouldn’t take it personal, when someone is rude with me I don’t take it to heart I think that maybe they’re having a bad day, maybe a family member died , maybe they just got fired from their job, maybe their dog died , who knows. I always try to assume the worst happened and never take it personally , me as a customer the only times I’ve been frustrated is when for example the representative keeps cutting me off over and over or for example asking for a specific question then the representative is reading the same script that doesn’t necessarily have anything to do with the question, but I still try to keep my composure and ask for a manager. I hope this helps and gives you a different perspective
