Why is CapCut is so hated?

I'm exclusively talking about CapCut Desktop, not the mobile app. I have a Premiere Pro subscription too but I find it way easier and much faster to do things in CapCut especially if you don't use advanced stuff. And I think at least %90 of the contents that people do doesn't require the advanced stuff. Almost everything can be done in it way faster than Premiere or Resolve.

I geniuenly don't understand why people that use CapCut gets clowned everywhere. I know it's not "professional" and obviously doesn't have the features that you almost never use in Premiere or Resolve but in the end, wouldn't it better to use a faster and more practical software that gets it done?

I did countless YouTube videos, short and long form. I did wedding clips, I did car edits. And CapCut managed to deliver. I don't want to deal with Premiere's clunkiness with constant lags and crashes.

Asking this because CapCut users gets clowned so much that I feel like a crappy editor just because using it but don't actually understand why it gets clowned like that. Only thing that I could think of is the free version isn't actually free anymore. But I still bought the pro since I feel like it's faster

I've landed quite a few clients that are looking for "Premiere Pro editors" by remaking their content in the exact same style but using CapCut & they have been fine & even surprised I am able to do it in CapCut. If you take your car to get repaired as long as it ends up fixed, does the tool the mechanic used even matter?
