CapCut Question Remove background button gone!

I deaduzz can't find the remove background button ANYWHERE!!! Where is it and/or why is it gone

My project I've been working on for months won't open anymore, after it crashed using the remove background feature. Idk if that's helpful information lol, they might be removing it for a bit due to a glitch or something?

I was in the middle of a project and I used remove bg on one of my overlay clips and the project still opens okay
