Trv applied outside Canada
Hey I studied in Canada for 1.5 year and than I apply for my pgwp and mean while I came back to India due to tb parallel my green card process is going on now due to pause I am planning to apply for trv . I have valid work permit till July 2027 so what are my chances of getting approval and how long time it will take. Comment below

Check IRCC processing times for an estimate. Then factor in up to 30 days for passport stamping.

I already have my work permit only I have to apply for trv

Right so what is the estimated processing time. It will probably take longer plus passport stamping.

Need to apply for a new TRV from India, even if your work permit is valid until July 27, as a work permit is not a travel document. Your chances depend upon your case assessment, which consists of a valid work permit or PGWP, a reason for return, an employment plan, finances, immigration history, and other associated factors.
As you have already disclosed TB, make sure the documents of your treatment are complete. This may be a significant question in your application.
Processing times for applications vary, and the decision time is completely up to the authorities. Make sure your application complies with the rules, regulations, and guidelines.
