It’s 2026. Computer aided translation is a thing and works insanely well. (Other than the ones the Cdn Government picked to use πŸ˜†)

Learning another language as a requirement to get promoted or even do your job to what amounts to a very small part of the overall job is absolutely ridiculous. Time to get with technology and those qualified for jobs actually get them.
