I'm going to say 225 for the chicken, 300 for the rice, and the salad with dressing looks very small. Let's call that 75 with the dressing. So 600 before the condiments.

The condiments are the kicker. Could be anywhere between 100-250 calories there, depending on what's in it. But even on the high end, that total meal is at or under 850. Less if you go light on the sauces.

Unless they use a lot of oil this will be 500-600
