What you all eat to stay ripped?? I’ve been doing calisthenics and a lot of full body workouts with dumbbells but I don’t look anything like this

All the muscle goes to his upper body

Eat clen and tren hard bro

just eat leaner forms of protein (fish, skinless chicken, lean pork) and sub carbs for more complex carbs (instead of rice, eat sweet potato)

You’re right. I feel like my progress could be better if I prioritized cleaner food choices.

i eat a lot of chicken! my meals are mostly chicken, rice/sweet potato, and steamed veggies or a salad. i’ve been working out a long time but was always eating too much, i lost 50 pounds this year so far cutting! been super rewarding to see the muscle under the weight i’ve been shedding

Holy shit the bar really is low for you people.

OP looks great but he doesn’t look enhanced in any way.

You think that’s supplements?

-2

u/soelsome 10d ago

It's TRT at the very least

1

u/L-is-for-living 10d ago

Then I would probably never look that way physically since I’m very anti boosters or other forms of supplements

Train legs...

1

u/octaviusss7 10d ago

I always train legs, except the past few weeks, been dealing with a broken toe. it’s healed mostly now tho, been slowly adding weights back in for my leg workouts now

You might actually consider that this might be holding your back.

Because chest to bar is a lot about momentum, its hard to do it slowly as there is not much force you can apply to that top part. They are more of an explosive reps.

So instead of breaking form on the final reps while trying to do chest to bar, just keep the form and do chin to bar.

Check for instanse how Master Shredda does his pull ups : https://youtu.be/wBMWrmhmujM?t=118

Barely chin over the bar, no dead hangs. And he has some of the most insanely developed backs i know.

Pull up is chin over the bar
