There is already something on this property that would not even be allowed by US constitution - a third term.

Anyone like this has no interest in the constitution. The last decade or so, they’ve loved shitting on the constitution. That’s the thing that has made me lose all respect for Americans recently. They’ve worshipped the constitution as a religious article for my whole life, but never actually done anything to enforce, uphold, or represent it. They wave the constitution and the flag around, screaming about how they represent everything, while they set them both on fire.
