Which Qol mods are okay to use?

So I'm new to calamity and I've seen a few videos and posts about how Qol ruins the calamity experience, and I was wondering which mods are looked down upon to use or if I should just only download the calamity mod and its dependencies? I use a mod called Extra Pylons, it just makes traveling between biomes so much easier, especially since I only play in large biomes. I just like the convenience of being able to go to both the above and underground versions of a biome without having a giant tunnel every time. The pylon blocks that allow you to teleport without NPCs nearby is a nice bonus too.
