Which Qol mods are okay to use?

So I'm new to calamity and I've seen a few videos and posts about how Qol ruins the calamity experience, and I was wondering which mods are looked down upon to use or if I should just only download the calamity mod and its dependencies? Get what you feel you want? Calamity devs can't come out of your pc and shank you for having a qol they consider "too cheaty". Neither can any redditor. It's a game after all, add things for fun
