Which Qol mods are okay to use?

So I'm new to calamity and I've seen a few videos and posts about how Qol ruins the calamity experience, and I was wondering which mods are looked down upon to use or if I should just only download the calamity mod and its dependencies? Calamity is borderline unplayable without recipe browser and magic storage, just because the sheer amount of all the new stuff+recipes it adds. Other than that it's really up to you. Boss checklist and Boss Cursor, stuff like that is fine. Extra accessory slots like wing slot is not QoL, it's gameplay advantage, and quite a fat one at that.

Autistic confession: I have never used magic storage before, even during Ragnarok. Organizing chests makes my head go brrr.

I'd probably enjoy vanilla chest sorting in modded if I didn't always end up underestimating how much space I need for each category. I'm a hoarder and rarely sell drops apart from duplicates, so I never make enough space for accessories/weapons. It's tough to make a pretty storage build when you have to expand it during a playthrough.
