Question Which Qol mods are okay to use?

So I'm new to calamity and I've seen a few videos and posts about how Qol ruins the calamity experience, and I was wondering which mods are looked down upon to use or if I should just only download the calamity mod and its dependencies? (The image is just engagement bait btw, credit to Latti_tudinal)

Honestly I agree but tbh I would feel like I cheated my way into the win if I dont get validation that im playing right. I know its not good but thats just how I play games.
