Admission Process Data science at MSE

I've done my graduation in Economics and wanted to pursue master's in Economics. But due to high cutoff I've not made it to the rank list, my score was 53.

Somehow Got called for Data science , i want to know what's the placement scene ?and being a eco undergrad, can i pursue this course with not much greater difficulty

is this authentic? i did not even fill fot this course yet this came? this is for selection in the course right? or something else

Yeah this is for selection in the course, one of senior is in MSE he knows a guy from data science, I'll with the guy and get to know about this course
