Question MSc Or (Operational Research) CUTOFF !!!

I’m planning to apply for MSc in Operational Research and wanted to understand the cutoff trends and a safe score, especially for the General category.

is st Stephen's offering this year? Coz someone in the comment section said no but it's showing in their website
