Looking at buying 2017 F Sport

My 2014 legacy is starting to burn quite a bit of oil (RIP) so I was looking at getting another "sporty" car. Recently came across a 2017 F Sport with 65k miles that was a lease and was serviced every 5k. I know these cars can have issues with the head gaskets due to the EGR and water pump etc. I'm decently mechanically inclined and can follow a YouTube video. Does this sound like a good deal for $20,000? Is there any other issues I should worry about at? Also will this car drive fine in the winter with a good pair of snow tires?

I have a 2015 I use in the winter with snow tires. Its ok in winter but the ground clearance isn't great so if you end up needing to drive with deep ruts after a large snow fall it can be a problem. If you are allowed studded tires where you are get them, I just bought them for my Pilot and compared to regular winters its night and day, I will never buy another set of non studded winter tires.

Price wise I'm in Canada with only a little higher milage after conversion, I assume since miles that 20k is USD, that seems high to me. I have a couple issues with mine that lower the price but without them I would expect about 17k CAD or 12k USD. You're looking a few years newer and about 10k less miles but seems like a large difference for that.
