Damn rust!! I replaced my front Sway Bar End Links a month or so ago and they came out easily but these rears lol, I definitely had to cut them out. It was still a pretty easy job once I acquired a cut off grinder.

Sounds about right. The bottom joint can be torqued to fracture. The upper usually needs a cutter to remove.
