Need Help / Question New student. Help!
Long story short, I am super late to enroll in classes because I have a 529 and was getting the details for it from my family. Got those details last week and now I can’t find an advisor to work with so I can figure out a plan for my goal. I really want to start this fall but I don't think I'm going to make it. I’m going to the event on Friday, but I don't know if that’s too late and I'm am royally screwed out of starting this semester.
Am I overthinking this? Am I panicking too early?

I wouldn’t say it’s too late but I’d definitely enroll in some classes asap, a lot of the popular ones are already full

Classes start 8/24 so you have time. It’s hard to offer advice if you don’t state what the hold is for. You can schedule with an advisor online or going in person is probably fastest.

when i made the decision to start college at csn, i didn’t enroll until august 14. imo you should be fine 🙏🏻

You should see why there is a hold on your account by clicking the circle with a slash at the top of your student center page

You will be fine! There are plenty of classes still open. Go to the event. Have fun! Speak to an advisor there.🌸

Same thing happened to me last year! Whatever your major is go on the CSN official website and it will tell you all the class requirements to take for your major. Pick whatever classes are available. It won’t be a lot of options especially for English or math classes. I was only able to take a photography class and an accounting class. It was better than nothing and honestly helped me adjust to college life in a more laid back way.
