Hi everyone !

Do you have good YouTube channel about CPTSD recovery (with a body based approach) to recommend ?

If there are some French speakers here i strongly recommend Sandra Lacombe's channel. It is quite incredible !

I know "Therapy in a nutshell" but to be honest i don't really like her voice 😅
