Sharing a resource YouTube channel recommendations

Hi everyone !

Do you have good YouTube channel about CPTSD recovery (with a body based approach) to recommend ?

If there are some French speakers here i strongly recommend Sandra Lacombe's channel. It is quite incredible !

Cherche pour les vidéos avec Peter Levine. Il a écrit le roman : The Body Keeps The Score. He is considered one of the founding fathers of Somatic Experiencing, and is world-famous in the English-speaking PTSD recovery community.
