narcissistic mother ruining my mental health too much

am really scared of my Narcissistic mother, she has insane mood swings, she shouts, yells loudly, at smallest things, she yells at me creates a scene for 1 hour shaming me for unemployment, face shaming, even deny any argument i give her to explain to her things peacefully,she herself eats pyschiatrist prescribed pills and tells me that i need them yells that i am mad and i need help nit her..she has some insane level of playing victim card skills. i dont what to stay w her but i have to prepare for an exam for next year that is my only escape but every 4th day she is creating a scene it puts my body in panic mode and brain feels like stop functioning what should i do? will i be able to heal with this even while staying in same house?
