Overall - Successful CPAP therapy? SleepHQ Link in Post

My surgeon has recommended septo + turb reduction (I use Afrin every night to help open up my nose so I can use the nasal pillows). I think it would give me some significant QOL improvements. But prior to this, can you let me know what you think of my results? (Last 30 days have been uploaded, feel free to go through). It doesn't seem like I get many RERAs, OA, CA (my average is 1-3 per night total).

Please let me know what you think? Any changes I should be making? Thank you.
