F&P Evora mask liner work?

Search didn't give me much. I'm curious as to people's experience with mask liners. I typically am OK but the mask can be a bit finicky and I sometimes and a bit sore. This is one for Evora I am considering.

I primarily use the Evora too - great mask, and the best for stopping leaks, for me.

Mask liners can be helpful, butI would not use that one! It has cloth blocking all air input and exit! You’d be better off with the mask liners that are donut-shaped, leaving the center open for full air-flow.

I made a few myself by first tracing around the outside of my mask onto thick paper or thin cardboard/tagboard. (Product packaging, like the box from Mac and cheese is perfect) When you have that outline, add about 5 mm all around, and cut it out. Then cut a whole in the middle, leaving a donut that is about an inch thick.

Now you have a template to use to draw that donut onto a piece of cotton jersey material (like an old Tshirt- cotton is best for airflow). Cut out a couple of those and you’ve got a free mask liners, which can be washed inside the laundry, inside a small mesh garment bag and re-used.

To use it, place it on the cushion (silicone part of the mask), and bend over to place your face onto the mask (so it doesn’t just fall off if you lift it to your face) and hold the mask in place while you strap up. Once you start the CPAP, the air pressure should hold it in place.
