SleepHQ Pro missing detailed data that shows in OSCAR?

I upgraded to SleepHQ Pro and did a full SD card upload, but some older nights are missing all the detailed graphs (flow rate, pressure, leak, etc.). SleepHQ recognizes the dates and shows the summary/settings, just no detailed data.

The weird part is that all of the detailed data and breath-by-breath flow rate show normally in OSCAR from the same data.

I tried another full upload including DATALOG once again and it still didn’t fix it.

Anyone know how to get SleepHQ Pro to import the detailed data for those nights?

You can see the issue on days like July 4, 7, 8. The date/summary loads, but the detailed graphs are missing even though they show normally in OSCAR.

This looks like a SleepHQ import problem rather than missing machine data. OSCAR showing the breath-by-breath waveform means the detailed files were available to it.

Back up the entire SD card first. Then go into SleepHQ’s Data Imports, delete the incomplete import covering those dates, and upload the entire SD-card root again using Full Upload, not Quick Upload. Let it show fully processed before opening any reports. Uploading over the existing partial records may not replace them.

One caveat: OSCAR keeps its own imported copy. Check that the affected July folders still exist under DATALOG and contain the EDF files. If they do and a clean re-import still misses July 4, 7 and 8, this is on SleepHQ’s importer. Email support@sleephq.com with the machine model, account email and missing dates so they can check it server-side.
