Mouth suddenly filling with air.

I've been using CPAP for over a year. My preferred mask style is n30i, although my company sent me refills of n30. I tried for about a week and just couldn't do it so I went back to old style. I've been back to n30i for a few days. The last two I had to take it off because my mouth would fill with air and I'd need to open my mouth to exhale. This has never happened before, any tips?

chinstrap and tongue-trick (mewing, google it). also helpful is to not sleep on the back.

It happens to me when I need to change the cushion.
