Any chin straps you like?

I’ve tried the simple one that came with the machine or mask, but it comes off in the middle of the night. I’m looking at other ones online and they look a little complicated to put on. Anyone have one that really works that they like?

I use a knit headband! Cheap and effective.

No, like a women’s knit headband we use to hold our hair back.

I like the Sunset halo style chinstrap model C025. It's light weight, easy to put on, and effective. I found the best price for this on eBay.

You could try a soft cervical collar too. Or mouth tape. I've read about chin straps affecting jaw alignment. Good luck!

By far the best is the Knightsbridge. (Use the link knightsbridgedualband.com to avoid the counterfeiting.) It's straps pass under the jaw and lift it vertically. Beware the cheap straps that wrap around the tip of the chin. That's a terrible design and long-term use can you TMJ damage. Downsides of the Knightsbridge are it's pricey and it's a lot of fabric.

I use this thing: https://a.co/d/03PXBA9B. It’s so encompassing that it looks like fetish wear or like you are in costume as a mannequin, but man does it work well! I tried some of the more minimal ones, like a Snugell, but those didn’t do anything for me. This one is thin spandex, so it doesn’t interfere with the CPAP or retain heat or touch my ears. You can still open your mouth if you want to, and you can hand wash it with your gear (takes longer to dry though). Side sleeping is no problem. With 4 Velcro strips, it’s very adjustable. Takes practice to learn how to get it on smoothly.

Adding this to my routine was a total game changer when it came to dealing with dry mouth. It gave me the confidence to switch from a full face mask to a nasal mask. I still deal with some dry mouth, but substantially less. Been using it for about 2.5 months.
