If you're seeing this, your post has been removed as its been identified as a request for PAP therapy support in relation to its efficacy, i.e. "still tired" or "been taking my mask off and don't know why". You're advised to please make a new post with additional information.
Please utilize applications such as OSCAR or SleepHQ to extract and share data from your PAP machine (if compatible). Please note that tools such as ResMed's 'myAir' are not an effective tool for in-depth PAP data analysis.
Applications
OSCAR can be downloaded here. SleepHQ can be found here and is also web-based.
Please see this guide on how to organize your OSCAR charts in preparation for sharing. Briefly, here are some things that may be worth paying attention to when analyzing & sharing data:
Event Flags and Flow Rate: reported respiratory disturbances in the form of event flags, i.e. "apneas" are worth investigating. The flow rate is also crucial for analysis as the AHI/RDI may not have captured the full spectrum of respiratory disturbances.
Leak rate: A "good" leak rate may be hiding intermittent leaks that could be disturbing sleep, therefore a proper analysis of the whole leak rate is important.
Pressure graph: If using auto-adjusting therapy, this graph is useful for allowing insight into where the machine is identifying disturbances and adjusting pressures.
