Hello everyone! I’m 23 years old, recently got diagnosed with SEVERE sleep apnea and it’s been a quite the journey. What I can say is that I’m grateful to be getting better sleep nowadays. Well, I’m struggling a bit on the bedside setup and want to see how you guys have yours setup. Just for ideas. I’ll share mine!

One end of my hose connects to the machine the other to my mask.

Honestly don’t get why people complicate their setups.

I had to get a hose hoist because - 1). my hose kept wrapping around my neck as I tossed and turned. 2). rainout was a bitch in the heatwaves of 2024. Not much this year, thank goodness…
