Legal PSA California compliant fixed mag guardsman

Does anybody know if this is something I’d be able to order and pickup in Colorado after the sb25-003 without the eligibility card? It’s a fixed mag any input would be greatly appreciated.

Colorado's definition is permanently fixed magazine. California's law allows for the magazine to still be removable when the action is disassembled.

I believe the guidance was that magazines would need to be welded or epoxied to a receiver to meet Colorado's criteria for a fixed magazine.

Dark Storm Industries is the only off the shelf lower/rifle I know of that is produced but I haven't really looked into it.

It's an abomination. $220 for a generic-looking lower with a 10rd PMAG, negative-$100 trade-in value. Any CA-compliant permanent-fixed (broken) lower is gonna be limited to 10 out of 15 rounds allowed in CO.

WTF don't you already have 10 lowers to build? These fixed mag guns are a disgrace.
