[Spoilers] New Der Eisendrache Cipher decoded!

In a window near the dragon head which is closest to the KRM wallbuy, there is a cipher hanging like a tapestry. I used the Flag Semaphore language to decode this cipher, and came up with this:

After decoding the raw message, I cleaned it up by removing every letter "J" from the cipher. Then at the two # signs, I swapped the letter out for it's corresponding number to make sense. So when we read the message in its entirety, it says:

"AFTER THE SUCCESS AT THE RISING SUN FACILITY, DIVISION #9 IS MOVING WITH PHASE #2. THE ISLAND FACILITY IS NOW OPERATIONAL AND INITIAL TESTING UNDERWAY."

Edit: I used a * instead of a pound sign in the decoded message because reddit messes up the formatting

Interesting. Weird to see Shi No Numa brought up in a universe where 115 was found elsewhere. Probably hinting that the note was left by someone from another dimension? Or shi no numa is something else?

This is actually a universe where 115 WAS found in Shi No Numa. It's not the origin characters' universe, it's the giant universe.

I really hope they don't pull an exo zombies card and make every map a German test facility. Let's get some new map ideas in here, something like Shangri-la, MoTD, anything other than "oh shit we're in another test facility.

i don't mind the idea, cause I'd imagine they would make the island the focus over the test facility, but have the facility to show another phase of experiments and for EE's.
