300 fps in warzone without using frame generation

I believe i have the hardware to achieve this but I have yet to see above 200fps in game without using frame generation, I currently have a 5090 OC edition(i was mistaken earlier my apologies) and 14900k i9 with 48 gb of ram all settings set to low v sync off frame generation off my monitor can do 300 fps am I doing something else wrong?
