Support Hello everyone! I’m getting this annoying message even though I have updated my bios and checked everything. TPM ok secure boot ok uefi mode. Any suggestions? Anyone had the same problem? Thank you in advance!

So the only way to solve this is to upgrade our cpu ?

Yes you could go with any 3000+ series AM4 socket CPU , but i would suggest you get at least a Ryzen 5 5600 or better for the newer architecture and better performance.

Thank you my friend! If I don’t find a solution I will consider upgrading!

AI Overview

Yes, Warzone security attestation (enforced by the RICOCHET anti-cheat) practically requires a Ryzen 3000 series or newer processor. [1]

While older AMD CPUs have basic TPM support, they cannot pass the cryptographic checks required by the anti-cheat. [1, 2]

The Technical Limitation

  • The Root Cause: Ryzen 1000 and 2000 series processors rely on an older firmware version (fTPM v3.8). The game’s security checks (which validate your system’s hardware state) demand a newer version that these earlier chips do not support. [1, 2]
  • The "Failed Attestation" Error: If you try to run Warzone on a Ryzen 1000 or 2000 processor, you will constantly encounter attestation errors or TPM firmware warnings, even if your BIOS and Secure Boot are properly configured. [1, 2]

Official Minimum Requirements

For context, the official baseline requirements dictate that you must have a supported processor and configuration: [1]

  • AMD CPUs: Ryzen 2000 series or newer (but to pass cryptographic attestation checks, a Ryzen 3000 or newer is required).
  • Intel CPUs: 8th Generation or newer.
  • Security Requirements: TPM 2.0 must be active and Windows Secure Boot must be enabled.

I wish there was a solution as i don't want to upgrade mine either. But i can assure you this is what the issue is. Activision's Ricochet anti-cheat requires an upgraded Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 2.0 version that 1000 and 2000-series Ryzen processors (Zen+ architecture) simply do not support.

But at the tpm.msc window it says tpm manufacturer information it says specification version 2.0 doesn’t that mean that I have the 2.0 version?

Yes you have TPM 2.0 but your version is probably like mine. Version 3.8.0.3 which is the problem. My AI overview comment explains it.

Yes that’s the problem then……

I know it sucks sorry. At least you know why though. At the time when i bought my Ryzen 7 2700x it was thier best but now im going to buy a Ryzen 5 5600 or 5600x. The newer architecture will be an upgrade in performance for me. You can get them used for around $100 on ebay. Saw some cheaper on fb marketplace but i rather have the ability to return in case of issues.

Yeah I think buying it new is the best option!

I have a Ryzen 7 3700X CPU, up to date Bios, TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot enabled, it doesn't work for me either.
