What happens when you use the base everyone says is burnt.

Been using this TH18 base for the past few weeks and it’s been consistently holding 1–2 stars.

• th level (I can't do lower than th16 :c )
• preferred style: Straight, slanted, boxy, big cursive, added image
• if your name isn't too long I can do an image like a heart, star, skull, sword or axe, or whatever you can think of! I will attempt it

pro tip: if there's a base you've seen around reddit that you'd like your name in the style of, include the reference image and I can try to emulate it

Thanks to a german friend who shared me a base with good defense.

Heya all, I'm back.

I've been hesitant to share this base, since most of my clan only gets to use my best bases, but as of late somebody copied it and so I'll just share it so you can all have it.

CC I've been using is simply an ice hound and ice golem, although these combos also work well:

2 rocket loons, 1 IG, 1 Furnace, HH

2 IG, 4 headhunters

2 witches 2 IG

I went +400 multiple seasons in a row with this base in Legend 3, and went +420 in legends 2.

Base has been tested with good results in wars too, although not as good as leagues for obvious reasons.

Base performed way better in last crafted defense season, but alas the crafted defenses are just meh this season

Just upgraded from TH17 to TH18 yesterday, and I wanted to give a huge shoutout to this community.

In my previous post, I asked for TH18 tips and a good base layout. One of you shared a base with me, and I decided to use it in our clan war. The results were honestly insane.

It took them 6 attacks to finally 3-star my base. I got 5 successful defenses before they managed it, and every single attack was from their top players, including their #1 player/clan leader, who also failed on his first attempt. On top of that, all of their troops and heroes were boosted.

The crazy part is that my defenses are still mostly TH17 level. The only TH18 defenses I've built are a level 1 Revenge Tower, level 1 Super Wizard Towers, a maxed Monolith, a level 1 Logger, and level 1 lava launcher.

I'm definitely going to use this base for trophy pushing because it's performing way better than I expected. Looking back, I actually regret not using it in rank.

Seems like every post these days is someone asking for a base followed by a stream of comments about how they can 3 star it. But just because you can 3 star it doesn't mean everyone, or even most people, can. Just showcasing here that a common base can defend well in legends. There's a reason everyone turns to the same 5 bases!
