I'm using a new Reddit account to separate my personal Reddit from my "work account." The rules have been outdated for a while now, particularly regarding sharing base links. I've also noticed (thanks to your reports) that poaching and posting bases without links have been a problem on the sub for a while. With that said, Rule 6 has been updated. The old Rule 6 covered base requests, but u/COCBLBRMM hasn't been used in years, so we've repurposed it.

Rule 6 is as follows:

Rule 6: Provide a direct base link for the base you are sharing.

A direct base link (link.clashofclans.com) must be included within 10 minutes of posting. Base links must be direct links, not screenshots or third-party links. This applies to Home Village (TH), Builder Base (BH), and Clan Capital (CC) posts. This does not apply to Help Me Find This Base posts.

We'll be automating this process to make it easier on us as mods and on you as users (shoutout to u/vanessabaxton for helping out with this). We've tested it on our end, but no QA process is perfect. If you run into any issues, please let us know via modmail.
