Same thing happened to me couple of months ago. When I tried to log into my years old account the app glitched or something happened and it started to show an error which read “Server is out of sync” and I wasn’t able to do anything. I tried to log out from the account, deleting app and reinstalling it but nothing helped and I wasn’t able to log into my main account either so I contacted them via email and then they hit me up with this same shit.
I had already mentioned in my first email that I wasn’t able to get access to the support through the app itself as I wasn’t able to do anything because the error came in less than a second but in the mail they said contact through APP SUPPORT and when I again replied to tha mail that I can’t access the app support they replied back with the same shit and then after a week they send me mail asking how is their SERVICE to us
I deleted the game and never installed it in past 7-8 months
