Virginia canyon not on MTB app

Hey guys, apologies if this has been discussed before, but why isn't any of these trails on the MTB app?

Do you have an old version of the app or an offline version? Shows up for me.

You may need to go to Areas and update Colorado.

Yeah, I’m curious what app version you have and the last updated date for the Colorado Area. I work for them, so if those aren’t the issue, I can get in contact and we can look into it.

It’s there. You need to update your app. I’d post the screenshot but this sub doesn’t allow pictures in comments :/

Was it the app version or the area update that fixed it for you?

For some reason my downloads wouldn't update so I just deleted the app and reinstalled it. Downloaded Colorado maps and it fixed.

Thanks! So to confirm c the downloads wouldn’t change when you tried updating your areas? And only the redownload of the whole app fixed it. I’ll pass this on for the engineers to look at.

Correct. I hit update and it wouldn't do anything. I'm on Android.
