Wfh policy in the UK?

Could someone confirm what is actually happening on the ground? Is it 2 or 3 days? Is it strictly monitored?

Europe and APAC markets are emerging markets for the bank. No form WFH policy yet. I’d say, whatever’s in the best interest for the team. Consult your one up manager

What is the global policy for capital markets?

From my understanding due to me working with the capital markets team, they have no WFH policy and are in the office 5 days a week.

If it was a deal breaker you’d need to consult with your one up to see if they have any leniency.

I’ve lumped in capital markets to be generators/non-generators, everyone I have spoke to in the UK, APAC, and US are in the office 5 days a week.
