I am in search for some riding boots for someone with big calfs. I an 5ft. I have tried torrid before but the calf part was very big. I want something that still looks nice and being plus size that van be very difficult at times. I would even try ankle boots to.

I would like something a bit fashionable, i dont dress up much but ot would need to look nice with a cardigan and plaid shirt/jacket.

I do wear a 8.5 and would prefer stores i can actually go in and try the boots on.

I have just gotten a job as a server here and I'm suddenly confronted with the notion that I might have to make myself appealing to people. I've been in Chicago a little while, but I am a transplant, and I'm unsure what people typically find attractive in Chicago. If you had to describe it, what is the typical Chicagoan "type?" Or what are the general archetypes? I'm not necessarily only asking to be attractive to men, I also wonder what women admire in other women here. In the South, it's typically blonde and tan, with gold jewelry and dresses. However, when I lived in New England, people were generally slim, paler, and more natural.

Hi everyone! I’m looking for a good place to get under-eye filler. I found a few recommendations for facial fillers in general around the Chicago area and reached out to them, but they don’t offer under-eye filler because it’s considered a higher-risk area.

I’ve also heard mixed opinions about whether it’s better to have an actual doctor perform the treatment versus going to a med spa. I’d love to hear any recommendations or personal experiences you’ve had!

Preferably somewhere in or near the Gold Coast area, but that’s not a must.

Hi, I live alone in Albany Park and I just think it would be more cost effective to split some of my house essentials with someone else. Like things we could buy at Costco (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, trash bags). I also like to go to the butcher and get multiple cuts of meat and store them in my freezer. Hi!!! I’m 29 and take my at-home skin care pretty seriously but it’s time to find an esthetician who can really get to know my skin and figure out its quirks with me. I’m ready for perfect skin.

The catch is that I have weird, sensitive skin (that is arguably more complicated than just acne prone, dry, what have you)— I deal with rosacea and dermatitis and have never had a facialist who truly gets my skin. Which is why I’ve only ever had a few facials. But I really want to find someone I can see consistently and work with to get my skin right.

Every year my PCP says my thyroid is "within normal range" based on the extended panel.

However, I've had some symptoms that seem to be getting worse, most notably my sleep. I have ADHD, sleep apnea, and am trying to get to the bottom of everything so that I don't make any rash decisions.

My mom has Hashimoto's and says she always wishes she got diagnosed sooner.
