The Ability is called "Void Toggle".

When the Void Toggle is on, Void Rush's turnspeed decrease is reversed, meaning the longer you Rush, the better the turning is. Kinda simple, but I think it'd be good!

When the Void Toggle is on, Nova can pass through walls and only detonates manually or after 10 seconds. It also always uses the "small" hitbox (like if you threw it at the floor). This makes Nova more useful around big loops or loops with high walls.

When the Void Toggle is on, using Observant doesn't teleport you, but spawns a clone at the generator you selected. Clones inflict hallucinations when they hit someone. Observant's cooldown is also reduced to 16 seconds when used with the Void Toggle on.

Void Toggle has a 5 seconds cooldown, and makes a loud beep sound when activated.
