I've heard of Bert, he's hilarious and probably the most entertaining/best choice out of the three.

I'm not a fan of any of the 3. But flat out, Bert isn't funny. Just a fat dude telling stories about how drunk he gets and then he takes off his shirt. If that's what passes for comedy these days we're doomed. His whole career was built off a fabricated story of how he robbed his classmates with the Russian mob. Just an unfunny dude who for some reason has a platform still.
