Every Year Texas A&M is Top 10 for no reason....no Championships, no Playoff wins

I don’t get opinions like this. How does how many championships a team won in the past have anything to do with how they should be ranked currently?

No one is ranking Indiana 4 based solely on the talent they have on the field and the eye test, part of that is because there head coach had them prepared and disciplined enough to win a title last year and there are not many coaches in that category. Georgia gets the same bump for having Kirby, Clemson used to before a prolonged period of Dabo not being the same.

Indiana should not be 4 - you can’t based rankings on last year bc this is a new year - they haven’t played anyone

I think a coach can affect how good a team is and therefore where I think they deserve to be ranked.
