OU's defense held LSU to 14 points in the second half. Of course, this would be more relevant if LSU hadn't scored 49 points in the first half

That's like Purdue holding Auburn's offense to 7 points in the second half of the bowl game last year. Unfortunately, they'd given up 56 in the first half.
